Genuine anonymity on Rungway

Rungway is different to other workplace tools because you have the option of genuine anonymity.

When you choose to start a discussion under the “anonymous” setting, or if you answer a pulse (where all respondents are anonymous) we promise you that nobody in your organisation will know who you are - not management, not HR, not anyone. That’s how Rungway works.

Anonymity Terms of Use

The only time your anonymity would not be upheld are clearly defined in our Terms of Use:

  • if you misuse the platform (for example abusing colleagues or using hateful language),

  • if you threaten harm to yourself or someone else

  • if you break the law.

Unless you plan to do one of these three things, you are 100% anonymous.

Being identified

Being "identified" means that other users will be able to view your profile information by clicking on your name.

👉🏻 When posting a response or comment you cannot choose to be anonymous. The only exception is, if you started the original discussion anonymously, then if you post a response or comment on that discussion you will still be anonymous.
