In Rungway we want to get the discussions flowing in your organisation.

Discussions mean you can feel free to post about any topic you want. Anything that is on your mind and you need to ask, go ahead, it'll only take a few responses before you realise the benefit.

  • Growing your career

  • Mental health and wellbeing

  • Organisational culture

  • Policies and procedures

As discussions are posted they will appear in date order, with most recent at the top, in your homepage feed. From there you'll be able to browse through and start sending responses

How to edit your discussion

πŸ‘‰πŸΌ If you've posted a discussion and you decide you want to make any changes to it, you can, but only if there are no replies posted yet.

To edit your discussion:

  • Click the 3 dot menu on your discussion card (from the home feed or from your My Activity area)

  • Click Edit

  • Make changes directly to your discussion

  • Click Save changes to publish it again with your changes

Alternatively, you may want to just take your discussion down altogether to post later:

To withdraw your discussion back to draft:

  • Click the 3 dot menu on your discussion card (from the home feed or from your My Activity area)

  • Click withdraw - Your discussion is returned to your Drafts area in 'My Activity'

Now your discussion Is back to drafts you can edit and repost it or delete it entirely.

Managing your draft discussions

Every time you start a discussion we start saving it as a draft in your Drafts area in My Activity. If you continue to post your discussion we will remove the draft for you, but if you decide to pause and come back to your discussion another time to post it later you can by visiting your Drafts area.

In your Drafts you'll see a list of all the discussions that you started but didn't post yet so you can decide to do two things; edit and post them or delete them.

How to review your drafts:

  • Head to your My Activity area

  • Under the My Discussions tab, there's a tab for your Drafts

How to Edit (and post) your drafts:

  • Once you've located the draft discussion, open it

  • Or open on the 3 dot menu on a draft discussion card

  • Select Edit

  • Make your changes (you can change your appearance too)

  • Once you are happy you can click 'Post as...' to put your discussion live

πŸ‘‰πŸ»Any changes you make to your draft will update your draft automatically. This will continue to happen until you post the discussion to live when we remove the draft.

How to delete a draft:

  • Open the 3 dot menu on a draft discussion

  • Select Delete

  • Choose Delete from the confirmation modal

  • Your draft is deleted
