1. Getting access to Rungway always starts with an invitation email.

Rungway is entirely separate from your organisation. Therefore you are unable to log in with your existing work credentials. Look out for your invitation email, it should look something like the image below. Click the ‘Join Rungway’ button in blue to get the ball rolling!

If you cannot find your Rungway invitation try one of these options:

  • Your company may have shared with you a ‘Request invite’ link. This could have sent to you via an email or a shared intranet/collaboration tool that you use internally.

  • You can request an invitation yourself by filling in the request form here

  • If neither of these options work please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. [email protected]

2. Creating your password

When you join Rungway you will have the option to post content as yourself or anonymously. Your Rungway account and your work credentials are not linked so you will need to create a new password.

To ensure your new password is secure, you should make sure that:

  • Your new password different to your existing passwords

  • It fulfils the password requirements set by Rungway (shown as a tick symbol below)

Top tip: Use a password manager to make your account even more protected!

3. About you

Now that you have successfully created your new password your account has been created for you. The next step is to fill in a few more personal details to build up your profile.

  • All fields marked with an * are required, you will not be able to move onto the next step if any of these are left blank and the button will not be clickable.

  • You should always use your real first and last name on Rungway. This will show on your profile and when you choose to post advice. If you have chosen to be anonymous this information will never show.

  • Finally, if asked, fill in information about your role in the organisation. This information is collected to create anonymised, aggregated insights so they can understand colleague issues and build the best possible working environment.

Each Rungway looks slightly different so don’t worry if you don’t see all of the steps! Click ‘Done’ when you have finished.

4. Great, your account setup is complete! Why not download the app so you can use Rungway on the go?
