There are a number of ways to keep up to date with activity on your Rungway, without having to leave Teams.

First of all, you need to configure which notifications you want to send to Teams by adjusting the in-app notifications in Rungway.

In-app notifications can be viewed within the Rungway tab on Teams.

You can adjust all notification settings to your preference to ensure you never miss the content that is important to you! In-app notifications

Go to Notifications > Notification Settings

Then select the In-app notifications you wish to receive. These In-app notifications will be mirrored in the Teams chat.

Now you've set your preferences in Rungway you need to turn on the ability to receive the notifications in the Teams chat.

By default, this will be switched on when you first connect your Rungway account to Teams. But you can easily toggle this on/off using the chatbot suggestions. Simply type notifications on or notifications off at any time to manage your Rungway chat alerts.

When you have turned off notifications, you will no longer be alerted within the chat on Teams of any Rungway activity. You will continue to be notified on the Rungway browser and app according to your selected notification settings.

When you receive a new notification, you'll see this within the Rungway chat.
