For your security, if we notice that a password has been incorrectly entered more than 5 times for an account we recognise then we will lock that account for 1 hour.
We will send an email out to the account holder informing them that this has happened. During the account lockdown no data or content connected to that account can be retrieved.
Your options during this 1 hour period are:
Resend the unlock email. You may have not seen the email or its been sent to your junk folder
Click the unlock button in the unlock email that we send you. This will immediately unlock the account so you can try to log in again
Do nothing. After 1 hour the account will be open again and you will be free to retry logging in with your Rungway details
Reset your password. If you want to reset your password because you've forgotten it or you're concerned someone else has it then you can do that at this point
